INITIATION TO DANCE
NOVICE, JUNIOR AND
ADULT + POINTES
Initiation to all forms of dance, especially to classical ballet by training exercises, sequences of gestures, steps and movements allowing the children to acquire the right bases for all disciplines in dance.
Classical Dance is the basis of all forms of stage dances. Dance based on the principle of the "en dehors" with an academic rigor that seeks the perfection of the movement through constant practice and training exercises. The girls will be introduced to the pointes only when their technical degree and their physical development will allow it.
Hatha yoga classes for all levels. This type of exercise helps develop strength and flexibility of body and mind. Asanas and breathing exercises adapted to any body and any level.
In contemporary dance, the dancer expresses themselves through the techniques of classical ballet but incorporates other more modern body movements. The fundamental principles of contemporary dance revolve around the experimentation of time, weight, space and sensation.
CREATION: Fun and artistic workshops to learn the art of choreography, staging, lighting, thus by creating pieces from a given theme. These choreographies are presented at the annual presentation.
